40 <br />i <br />RESOLUTION N0.74-57 <br />WHEREAS, THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY COUNCIL ON <br />AGING, INC. has made a request to this Board for office space in the <br />county building housing the county welfare office, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board has determined that space is available <br />and there is presently no other governmental need for said space; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that it agrees to enter into <br />a Lease arrangement with the Indian River County Council on Aging, Inc., <br />a non-profit corporation administering federal funds under Title 3 of the <br />Older American Act for space in the county owned building housing the <br />county welfare office and hereby authorizes the Chairman and the Clerk <br />to sign a Lease on behalf of this Board leasing said space to the Indian <br />River County Council on Aging on a month to month basis for $1. 00 per <br />year annual rent. <br />aATTET;rj!/ 4 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, F ORIDA <br />B a.., <br />Chairman <br />
