40 <br />RESOLUT I M) N0.711-58 <br />RESOLUTION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />ORDER <br />WHEREAS, HARRY M. DAY and ROBERT CAIRNS, having <br />made application for approval of a Development of Regional Impact <br />under the provisions of Chapter 380, Florida Statutes for a project <br />known as Indian River Trails II, D. R. I. No. 674-20, and <br />WHEREAS, said application was approved by the East Central <br />Florida Regional Planning Council, and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did hold a public hearing as required <br />by Chapter 380 and did determine that this project was consistent <br />with and did meet the requirements of Chapter 380 and the Indian <br />River County Zoning Ordinance, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the D. R. I. <br />Application of Indian River Trails II is hereby approved and Harry <br />M.
