40 <br />and to determine the means of financing low cost housing <br />in the City - County area. <br />The TASK FORCE COMMITTEE FOR LOW COST HOUSING shall <br />consist of eight members as follows: <br />1. A member of the Indian River County Commission. <br />2. A member of the Vero Beach City Council. <br />3. The president or senior officer of a commercial <br />bank. <br />4. The president or senior officer of a savings and <br />loan association. <br />5. A member of the Associated General Contractors. <br />6. The general manager of Piper Aircraft Company. <br />7. The president of the Chamber of Commerce. <br />8. The president of the Board of Realtors. <br />The initial appointees to the TASK.
