Heath <br />_ Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: November 3, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Request for Board Approval of Partial Release of a <br />Conservation Easement at Indian River Club <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 21, 1995 meeting. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by Bell South Telecommunications, <br />with concurrence from the landowner, Indian River Club, Inc., for <br />the release of a 57.6 square foot portion of a dedicated county <br />conservation easement.
