DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: Edward Willoughby, P.E. has submitted an application for minor site plan approval and special exception use approval on behalf of the St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church to expand an existing place of worship at 475 43rd Avenue. The proposed expansion consists of a 1,468 square foot building addition. Since the site Is located within an RS -3 zoning district and the proposal would expand the existing building area by more than 10%, special exception use approval must be granted for the expansion.
