R t AIC <br />Community D.ev lop en rector <br />THROUGH: Stan Boling, AICP <br />Planning Director <br />FROM: Eric Blad/le <br />Staff Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: November 13, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church Request for <br />Special Exception Use Approval for an Expansion to a <br />Place of Worship <br />SP-MI-95-11-42/IRC #95060114-002 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of November 21, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Edward Willoughby, P.E. has submitted an application for minor site <br />plan approval and special exception use approval on behalf of the <br />St. Augustine of Canterbury Episcopal Church to expand an existing <br />place of worship at 475 43rd Avenue. The proposed expansion <br />consists of a 1,468 square foot building addition. Since the site <br />Is located within an RS -3 zoning district and the proposal would <br />expand the existing building area by more than 10%, special <br />exception use approval must be granted for the expansion.
