This addendum must be acknowledged where indicated on the Bid Form, or the proposal may be <br />declared non-responsive. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Section 12356 to Division 12 — Furnishings <br />Itemized Bid Schedule -Addendum 3 dated 03/01/2022 <br />Questions and Answers <br />1. In working on our proposal for the cabinetry on this project I noticed that the Plans note Plastic <br />Laminate countertops however the "Itemized Bid Schedule" notes the countertops as Solid <br />Surface. Which way do you need me to price this, as Plastic Laminate or as Solid Surface? <br />Countertops shall be priced as Solid Surface in lieu of Plastic laminate and the specification <br />paragraphs below shall become part of Section 12356. <br />2. Can we tie into the existing irrigation system? If so, provide details so we can include that in our <br />bid. <br />Yes, there are multiple sprinkler heads that will need to be relocated, so tie in is expected at <br />those points accordingly, there is no As -Built provided. <br />3. Bid form does not have a line for the pond over excavation and select sand replacement, please <br />advise. <br />Please see the revised Bid Form. Soil Excavation of pond bottoms is 816 CY and replacement <br />sand is 1,443 CY. <br />4. The bid form does not match the plans in many areas. None of the drainage is correct. Bid form <br />does not have any of the plastic pipe, please advise. <br />Please see revised Bid Form with corrected quantities. <br />
