Addendum 3 <br />S. Bid form shows RCP, plans have ADS and the lengths are also wrong. <br />Please see the revised Bid Form. The RCP was removed and corrected with Class II <br />Polypropylene. The Plans do not reflect the change. <br />6. Bid form does not have any of the drainage structures. There are 5 EA "C" inlets and a control <br />structure. Bid form shows 12" PVC, plans do not have any 12" PVC. <br />Please see revised Bid Form. The Type "C" inlets, (5) have been added. The 12" PVC was <br />removed and replaced with 4" (22LF), 6" (73LF), and 8" (26LF). <br />7. Plans show 8" mitered ends 2 EA and a 15" MES. Bid form has 1 EA 12". <br />Please see revised Bid Form. The 12" MES was removed and replaced with 8" MES (2) and 15" <br />MES (1). <br />8. Pavement and base quantities are wrong also, please advise. <br />The EOR/Designer has reviewed and verified the quantities for the pavement and the base and <br />has not found any errors. Quantities on Bid Form are not being changed. <br />9. The countertops in sheet A6.10 are called out to be Laminate while in the Bid schedule they are <br />detailed solid surface, please clarify. Please see response to question 1. <br />10. Drawing E 3.1 shows a location of new panel A, E 5.1 shows it is connected to MDP 2 existing. <br />Where is the panel MDP2 located? <br />The panel MDP2 is located in the Northeast corner of the building's existing Mechanical Room. <br />11. The silt fence quantity on the bid form is 380 LF, called out lengths on drawings C5 equal 1079 LF. <br />What quantity should we include in our bid? <br />The revised Bid Form reflects the correct length, which is 1,079 LF. <br />12. The bid form for site work does not match the plans, please advise. <br />Please refer to Questions 2-8 above. <br />13. We need access to the back of the building. Earthwork calculations indicate that we are going to <br />have approximately 100 truckloads of material coming in and 100 truckloads of material going <br />out. Please provide a route to the back of the library that we can get the trucks in and out. <br />Access to the pond will be determined by the Contractor's means and methods of construction <br />and should bid accordingly. The Contractor is responsible for determining how they will get their <br />equipment and materials in to each location and ensuring that the site is appropriately restored. <br />
