Addendum 4 <br />clarification. Exterior - Any salvageable RCP culvert, concrete structures or similar. Interior — <br />Salvageable furniture or fixtures that would have to be removed. <br />S. Referencing section 01520 Item 1.3 Note A. Item #1. Will the county be providing the water meter <br />for the temporary water service or is this the responsibility of the contractor? Responsibility of <br />the Contractor. <br />6. Referencing Article 14 — Basis of Bis: Evaluation of Bids item 14/03: and Paragraph 11.02 of the <br />General Conditions. Please confirm if the contractor is to price this project based on the quantities <br />provided by the engineer even if the subcontractors quantities differ. Bid based on Contract <br />Documents. <br />7. It is my understanding that through Paragraph 11.02 of the General Conditions that the unit cost is <br />used solely for the comparisons of bids. Should all contractors bid the exact same quantities as <br />found in the bid sheet and not differ so that the numbers are all based on the same quantities? <br />Bid based on Contract Quantities provided on the Bid Schedule. <br />8. If the answer to the above question is no, will the contractors be allowed to modify the bid sheet <br />to show the quantity we have included? Modifications will result in Bid Disqualification. <br />
