FACILITY DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE <br />• Submit a detailed engineering, Procurement. construction, startup and commercial operation schedule. 'Ma schedule shall <br />include trilestdnes for site acquisition, engineering phases, selection ofthe tnalor equipment vendors, architect engineer, EPC <br />contractor, and Facility operator, steam host integratim and delivery of major equipment. A discussion ofthe current status of <br />each milestone should also be included where applicable. <br />• Attach a diagram of the power block arrangement. Provide a list of the major equipment vendors and the name and nuxlel <br />number of the major equipment to be bisdalled. <br />• Provide a detailed description of dw proposed envirorauentat control technology for the Facility and describe the eapalilitie <br />ofthe proposed technology, <br />• Attach prelirnimary flaw diagrams for the steam system, water system, and fuel system, and a main electrical one line diagra n <br />for die Facility, <br />• State die expected heat rate (HHV) at 75 degrees Fahrenheit for leads of 100%, 75%, and 50%.
