3) Transportation and food will be provided by SDIRC and arranged by the MSA Administrator. <br />The MSA Administrator will ensure an invoice has been submitted from SDIRC to TLA within a <br />month after program completion. <br />4) TLA Summer Manager will work with the MSA Leader to acquire all necessary supplies prior to <br />the start of the program for use during the program. <br />5) Budget will be submitted to TLA for approval prior to the start of the program, including <br />anticipated costs from SDIRC and IRC. <br />VI. Assurances <br />Each entity hereby assures and represents that it: <br />1) Agrees to be bound to every statement and assurance made by the key contact from each participating <br />entity; <br />2) Has all requisite power and authority to execute this MOU; <br />3) Is familiar with the Program and is committed to working collaboratively to meet the responsibilities <br />specified in this MOU in order to ensure the Program's success. <br />VII. Modifications to the MOU <br />Consistent with the group's responsibility to implement the Program, this MOU may be amended only by <br />written agreement signed by each of the group members. <br />VIII.
