CU <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-3 <br />to be in the public interest and shall be constructed <br />pursuant to the special assessment method provided by Indian <br />River County Code 581-27, <br />3. The County shall prepare the necessary cost and <br />engineering data, prepare an assessment roll, and schedule a <br />public hearing for the projects and property as shown on <br />Exhibit "A," being a report prepared by Lloyd E Associates, <br />Inc., consulting engineers, dated September, 1986, and <br />attached to this resolution. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert -- ------- who moved its adoption.
