therefore delay issuance of the Notice to Proceed based on the delivery schedule for the long <br />lead-time items. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding is budgeted and available in the amount of $694,326.36 from Traffic Impact Fees/District <br />3/8th Street & 66th Avenue Signal Installation, Account No. 10215341-066440-20015. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the project be awarded to Ferreira Construction Southern Division Co., Inc. in <br />the amount of $694,326.36 for the construction of the 66th Avenue and 8th Street Signalization <br />Improvements. Staff further recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and <br />authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement after review and approval of both the <br />agreement and required Public Construction Bond by the County Attorney as to form and legal <br />sufficiency, and the receipt and approval of required insurance by the Risk Manager. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Sample Agreement <br />AGENDA ITEM FOR DECEMBER 14, 2021 <br />M <br />
