RESOLUTION NO. 87-16 <br />identified in the Barrier Island Analysis through the <br />use of traffic impact fee funds as well as gas tax <br />monies and other revenue funds, if necessary; and <br />3. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />agrees that road and bridge improvements to serve the <br />i <br />i barrier island will be made consistent with the <br />timetable identified in the Barrier Island Analysis and <br />more specifically detailed in Indian River County's <br />transportation capital improvement program. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Bird , seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert and adopted on the 3rd day of <br />February , 1987, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Scurlock, Ave <br />Commissioner Bowman Ave <br />Commissioner Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Wheeler Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution <br />duly passed and adopted this 3rd day of February 1987. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />By <br />Don C.
