The grantee and the Environmental Protection Agency agree, pursuant to Section <br />203(a)(2) of the Clean Water Act, that the eligibility of specific project components <br />is limited as described in Attachment A to this grant agreement (per 40 CFR 35.2250, <br />determination of allowable costs). <br />10. All eligible project costs are also alternative -eligible: <br />$2,256,914 x 20% federal share = $451,383 <br />No funds are currently available for alternative technology funding. Therefore, this grant <br />does not contain such funds.
