40 <br />The proposed facilities have been engineered and laid <br />out to address the objectives and needs stated in the <br />previous sections of this report. <br />The project service area is shown on the Exhibits. The <br />service area covers approximately 4800 acres. The total <br />number of ERUs contained within the project service area, <br />parcel locations, parcel legal descriptions, and name/address <br />of parcel owners is tabulated in the separate "Project <br />Assessment Roll Report." The "Project Assessment Roll <br />Report" has been prepared by our office and is presented as a <br />separate report with its own Exhibits. <br />As can be seen on the (7) Exhibits related to this <br />report, the project service area is bounded on the north by <br />the Sebastian River, on the east by the Indian River, on the <br />west by the FEC Railroad Tracks and boundary of the Sebastian <br />Highlands, and on the south by Hobart Road. <br />For the most part, the proposed collection and <br />conveyance system consists of strategically located proposed <br />Pumping stations and a series of force mains which vary in <br />size from 6" in diameter to 24" in diameter. Several small <br />sections of proposed gravity sewer are included in order to <br />I <br />convey sewage from the Sandrift Motel past the existing <br />Humana Hospital package plant to pumping station til, and to <br />convey sewage from the Roseland Plaza package plant and the <br />-14- <br />
