UTIL (BRESGLEH.JFL)c: <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated usage of <br />® the proposed improvements, the Board of County Commissioners has <br />determined that the following described properties shall receive a <br />direct and special benefit from these improvements, to wit: <br />LOTS 6 THROUGH 10, BLOCK 2, <br />• LOTS 1 THROUGH 13, BLOCK 3, <br />AND LOTS 7 THROUGH 11, BLOCK <br />4, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF <br />GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION, <br />PBI 6-26. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and satisfied in their <br />entiretv. <br />2. The project providing for water improvements within 48th Avenue <br />between 8th Court and 10th Street, heretofore designated as <br />Indian River County Utilities Project Number UW86-09-DS, which <br />has been constructed, is hereby approved to record the liens as <br />listed in the Final Assessment Roll in the Recording Office of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court as stated in Ordinance 81-27. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert , who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Wheeler and, upon being put to vote, <br />the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Vice Chairman Margaret C.
