Christiansen, PTC Enterprises to James Davis dated Dec. <br />8, 1995 <br />DATE: December 11, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />County Public Works Department has negotiated the attached developer's agreement with <br />PTC Enterprises, Inc. (PTC) to construct a 1000 lineal feet section of Roseland Road south <br />of CR512. PTC is developing a large Winn Dude MarketPlace food store at the southeast <br />corner of Roseland Road and CR512.
