First Resolution <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88- 49 <br />acceptance of the improvements without any payment of <br />Interest. If not paid in full, this assessment may be paid <br />in five (5) equal yearly installments, plus accrued <br />Interest, to which, if not paid when due, there shall be <br />added a penalty of 11% of the unpaid principal. The unpaid <br />balance of the assessment shall bear interest at a rate of <br />12% from the due date until paid. <br />4. That at the time of the adoption of this resolution <br />there Is on file with the Clerk to the Board a plat showing <br />the area to be assessed. Plans and specifications and an <br />estimate of the cost of the proposed improvements, as herein <br />specified, open to inspection by the public at the Office of <br />the Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />5, Upon the adoption of this resolution, the Indian <br />River County Utilities Services Department shall cause this <br />resolution to be published at least one time in the Vero <br />Beach Press Journal before the public hearing required by <br />§11-46. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Wheeler <br />— , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggertand, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C.
