Does the provided estimate of $522,500.00 include the $80,000 force account? <br />The estimate for the project as noted in the Pre-bid Meeting Minutes is $570,850.00, includes a <br />$80,000.00 force account. <br />2. Plans do not show a specific location for a construction entrance. Where is the preferred location? <br />The construction entrance is the entrance to the Park, which is located on 20th Ave. SW, and is <br />approximately .28 miles north of 9" St. SW (Oslo Rd.). <br />3. Will final quantities and payment be based on in place quantities? <br />Unit price pay items will be paid based on number of units furnished and installed.
