ARTICLE 26 <br />INSURANCE <br />26.1 The County shall provide health insurance for all bargaining unit employees and <br />their dependents in the same manner as the County's general non -bargaining <br />unit employees, including the retiree health insurance subsidy, hospitalization, <br />and medical insurance. <br />26.2 Regular full-time bargaining unit employees will continue to be eligible to <br />participate in the County's life insurance program and may enroll in the optional <br />long-term disability, optional employee and family life insurance, and the optional <br />deferred compensation plan with additional providers. <br />26.3 Any claim settlement between the employee and the insurance carrier shall not <br />be subject to the grievance procedures. <br />37 <br />
