RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the execution of the attached <br />agreement, which approves Work Authorization No. 35 with Driveways, <br />Inc., to construct the water line replacement in the amount of <br />$22,579.10 to replace an estimated total of 2,000 linear feet of <br />water main, 226 linear feet of laterals, and 21 meter connections <br />and authorizes expenditure of $13,818.84 for materials and in-house <br />support, for a total project cost of $36,397.94. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />Work Auth. #35 with Driveways, Inc. to construct <br />water line replacement in the amount of $22,579.10; <br />and authorized expenditure of $13,818.84 for <br />materials and in-house support, for a total project <br />cost of $36,397.94; as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />VERO HIGHLANDS WATER .
