M <br />0 <br />ANALYSIS <br />The project has been completed. All Indian River County requirements have <br />been met, and we have received clearance from the Department of Environmental <br />- Protection. Change Order No. 1 (attached) decreased the contract .cost by <br />$10,220.40, which adjusted the project cost to $393,283.60. This decrease is <br />due to field quantity adjustments in the number of services, valves, sod and <br />rights-of-way restoration. The contractor has been paid $353,955.24 to date, <br />leaving a balance of $39,328.36.
