The agency must also meet the State Office on Homelessness' eligibility requirements for the <br />administration and financial management of three State grants and other homeless services funds, <br />including COVID relief funds. The agency meets the confidentiality requirements and equitable access <br />practices for the ethical treatment of clients. Beyond those minimum mandatory requirements, the Board <br />does set policy regarding financial management and operations, including management of real estate <br />investments and holdings and other areas of non State and Federal operations of the Council <br />.s. is mere a quorum requirement ror board members attendance of your agency board <br />YES- There is a quorum requirement. <br />Board Members or their legal designees are required to attend 75% of formally scheduled Board <br />meetings or face being removed.
