CCNA2018 WORK ORDER 13 <br />Bowman Consulting Group, LTD. <br />West Wabasso Septic to Sewer Phase 3A (611t Drive) <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (Bowman) is pleased to submit this proposal for professional engineering <br />services to Indian River County Department of Utility Services for Phase 3A (6151 Drive) of the West Wabasso <br />Septic to Sewer project. The project will be comprised of a new gravity sanitary sewer collection system and <br />related lift station in a developed residential community. The proposed lift station will be located on a vacant <br />residential lot at address 8685 615` Drive. Indian River County is working to acquire ownership of that property. <br />We propose to provide the following services: <br />Task 1— Engineering Design & Supplemental Survey <br />Bowman will prepare engineering design plans and lift station report to support the construction of the sanitary <br />sewer collection system and forcemain in the 61" Drive right of way and lift station on address 8685 615` Drive. <br />The plans and report will use data collected to support the previous design performed under Work Order 3. A <br />supplemental topographic survey of will be provided to include the wetland line flagged by County staff. <br />Construction plans, lift station report, and opinion of probable construction cost will be submitted for review at <br />the 90% level. The final construction plans will reflect staff comments. <br />Deliverables <br />• Construction Plans, including plan, sewer profile, lift station plan and section, and utility details (90% <br />and Final); <br />• Lift Station Design Report (90% and Final); <br />• Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (90% and Final); and <br />• Geotechnical Report. <br />Task 2 - Permitting <br />Using the plans produced in Task 1 Bowman will apply for the following required permits: <br />Indian River County Right of Way ($800 fee); and <br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Wastewater Construction General Permit ($250 <br />fee). <br />Bowman will address reasonable agency comments as part of this task. Application fees shall be included in the <br />lump sum fee for this task. <br />Task 3 — Environmental Resource Permitting <br />The lift station site (addresses 8685 & 8695 61" Drive) contains a borrow pond that may be considered an <br />environmental resource by jurisdictional agencies. Construction of the proposed lift station may impact the <br />upland buffer area and possibly the pond itself. In that case, environmental resource permitting would be <br />required. If it appears the project will impact the pond, Bowman will obtain an environmental survey and report <br />
