ARTICLE 35 <br />EQUAL EMPLOYMENT POLICIES <br />35.01 It is the continuing policy of the District to promote the concepts of equal opportunity <br />for all of its employees and applicants for employment. <br />35.02 The District will continue to recruit, hire, train, and promote on merit principles, persons <br />in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, <br />except where sex is a bona fide occupational qualification. <br />35.03 Decisions on employment will be based on the principles of equal employment <br />opportunity. <br />35.04 All personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, return from <br />layoffs, sponsored training, education, social and recreational programs, will be <br />administered without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. <br />65 <br />
