The Chamber's Tourism Division performs this function and oversees all industry activities <br />related to the attraction of visitors in an effort to generate the highest level of tourism -generated tax revenues and <br />economic impact for the county and its businesses. <br />The Chamber Organization supports all program efforts by providing additional resources, as well as overhead for <br />tourism programs and services. Bed tax funds are used for the staffing, marketing, advertising, public relations, <br />production of the Official Visitor Guide, five websites, Press Trips, trade/consumer shows, postage, shipping and <br />professional fees, and all other initiatives that will enhance and maintain the on-going success of the tourism marketing <br />plan. <br />The Chamber maintains a program reinforcing our county's reputation as a destination that provides visitors with a <br />quality experience. Our professional, award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns demonstrate Indian River <br />County as a safe, family -friendly destination and emphasize the unique characteristics of the county appealing to a <br />variety of targeted niche markets. Our technology-based information, including county -wide tourism website and social <br />media, continues to be updated, driving more visitor traffic and enhancing the visitor experience in Indian River County. <br />For the FY 2022/2023 plan, we will focus our efforts on digital advertising, remarketing, native content, video, <br />sponsored stories, social media, and public relations to create awareness and drive increased visitation to the <br />destination while bringing more "heads on beads". Create new co-op opportunities for our partners and work on <br />generating a new way to generate leads. We will also focus on creating awareness around the new Treasure Coast <br />Regional branding initiative as well as growing our other programs we created to support niche markets. We will also be <br />proactive in adding multiple crisis management plans so we will be prepared on how we market tourism to Indian River <br />County safely and responsibly. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
