Update to the County's Variance Process <br />In addition to streamlining the Variance process, staff is <br />considering several changes to the existing regulations for fences <br />and accessory structures. These changes will address some of the <br />common variance requests, such as fence height and additional <br />accessory structures, making the variance process unnecessary. <br />Staff will return to the Board with a full recommendation in the <br />near future. <br />12/2/2022 <br />2 <br />
