RFQ RESULTS: <br />Advertising Date: <br />RFQ Opening Date: <br />DemandStar Broadcast to: <br />RFQ Documents Requested by <br />Responsive SOQs: <br />June 2, 2022 <br />July 8, 2022 <br />654 Subscribers <br />39 Firms <br />9 <br />CONSENT <br />ANALYSIS: <br />A selection committee comprised of David Rattray, Fire Chief, Steve Greer, Battalion Chief, <br />Brandon Creagan, Senior Planner, Mark Winslow, Project Manager, and Rich Szpyrka, Public Works <br />Director, independently evaluated and scored the received statements of qualifications in <br />accordance with FS 287.055, the RFQ, and the Purchasing Manual. <br />The three top ranked firms were invited to participate in the discussion phase, and at the <br />conclusion of the discussions, each committee member listed his or her overall ranking of firms, <br />and a final ranking was established. <br />The final ranking established by the committee is: <br />1. Donadio and Associates Architects, PA, A Spiezle Group Inc. Company <br />2. Song + Associates, Inc. <br />3. KMF Architects <br />4. Edlund, Dritenbas, Binkley Architects and Associates, P.A. <br />5. 1-12M Architects + Engineers, Inc. <br />6. Saltz Michelson Architects, Inc. <br />7. MLM Martin Architects, Inc. <br />8.
