RESOLUTION NO. 75- 9 <br />WHEREAS, in order to meet the need for additional services occasioned <br />by an increase in registration of qualified voters in various areas of Indian <br />River County, it appears necessary to adjust some of the established Precincts, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, as a result of a study to determine such areas required to be <br />changed, the following existing Precincts appear involved: <br />113 <br />1C <br />2B <br />5A <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, it further appears necessary to create two additional Precincts, <br />by changing some existing boundaries, which two additional Precincts shall be <br />known as: <br />2D <br />5C; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, all members of the Board of the Board of County Commissioners <br />being present and in accord with the changes as proposed; <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, RESOLVED that the election Precinct boundaries as <br />herewith created, fixed, altered, and changed, and the voting place in each <br />Precinct established as follows: <br />(As described on the Sheets attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof. ) <br />
