40 <br />40 <br />A <br />PRECINCT 1B <br />Begin where the North line of Government Lot 3, Section 23, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, intersects the shoreline of the <br />Atlantic Ocean, thence Northerly and Westerly along and following <br />said shoreline to the centerline of the Sebastian Inlet; being the <br />North boundary line of Indian River County; thence Westerly along <br />said boundary line to the centerline of the Navigation Channel; <br />thence Southerly along the centerline of the Navigation Channel to <br />its intersection with the extension of the South line of Lot 8 of <br />Hudson's Subdivision; thence West along said South line to the <br />Southeast corner of Lot 8 of Hudson's Subdivision in Section 31, <br />Township 30 South, Range 39 East; thence run West on the South line <br />of Lot 8 of Hudson's Subdivision to the Northeast line of Fleming <br />Grant; thence run Southeast on Fleming Grant line to the inter- <br />section with the North line of Ocean Breeze Heights Subdivision; <br />thence run in a Southwesterly direction following the North line <br />of Ocean Breeze Heights Subdivision to the East line of the right <br />of way of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence run West at right <br />angles with said right of way 100 feet to the West line of the <br />Florida East Coast Railway right of way; thence run Southeasterly <br />along and following the West line of the Florida East Coast Railway <br />right of way to the intersection of the North line of Lot 2 of <br />A.A.
