RESOLUTION NO. 75-15 <br />!� WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and <br />citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow - <br />Wing property owned by Sebastian River Medical Center, situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All that part of the following described parcel of land <br />lying West of the West right-of-way line of new 4-laned <br />U.S. Highway No. 1, (S.R. No.S), to -wit: <br />A parcel of land, comprising parts of Government Lots 2, <br />3, and 4, Section 25, Township 30 -South, Range 38 -East, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />Commence at a point on the West boundary of said Government <br />Lot 2, and 617.80 feet North of the Southwest corner there- <br />of; thence run North 35 degrees 10'East to the West shore <br />of the Indian River which is the point -of -beginning; from <br />said point -of -beginning, run South 35 degrees 10' West to <br />a point on the West boundary of said Government Lot 2 and <br />617.80 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence <br />run South on the West boundary of Government Lot 2 a dis- <br />tance of 617.80 feet to the Southwest corner of Government <br />Lot 2; thence run West along the South line of Government <br />Lot 1, of said Section to the Fleming Grant Line; thence <br />run Southeasterly along the Fleming Grant Line a distance <br />of 1905 feet to a point 83 feet Northwesterly of the center- <br />line of the new Roseland Road; thence run North on a line <br />perpendicular to the South line of Government Lot 2, a dis- <br />tance of 821.3 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 44 degrees <br />50' East a distance of 753.40 feet to an iron pipe; thence <br />North 41 degrees 23' East a distance of 1214 feet to the <br />West shore of the Indian River; thence northwesterly meander- <br />ing the West shore of the Indian River to the point of be- <br />ginning. LESS the following described property heretofore <br />deeded to Dr. Kip G. Kelso, described as follows: <br />From a point 617.80 feet North from the Southeast corner of <br />Government Lot 1, Section 25, Township 30 -South, Range 38 - <br />East, said point being the point -of -beginning; run North 35 <br />degrees, 10' East a distance of 521.15 feet to the West right- <br />of-way of State Road No. 5; thence South 15 degrees 25' East <br />a distance of 494.53 feet along the West right-of-way of <br />State Road No. 5 to a point in the center of Old Roseland <br />Road; thence South 4' 14" West a distance of 49.45 feet <br />
