RESOLUTION NO. 2023- 002 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby specifically delegates to the <br />County Utilities Director or his designee, the authority to sign lien releases for fully paid <br />paving assessments accounts on behalf of the Board, provided that all such documents <br />contain the signature of the County Attorney, or designee, approving such documents <br />as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />2. All such satisfactions and/or releases signed by the County Utilities Director <br />or his designee in connection with paving assessment accounts paid in full under <br />Chapter 206 of the Indian River County Code and under the presumed authority or <br />resolution number 81-27 are hereby approved and ratified. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher, <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Susan Adams , and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Joseph H. Earman, Chairman AYE <br />Susan Adams, Vice Chairman AYE <br />Joseph E.
