IIS -94 -02 -DS <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST -_ <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />On April 4, 1995 the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the award of the above -referenced project to <br />Prime Construction Group, Inc. (See attached agenda item and <br />minutes.) The project is complete and was accepted by the County <br />on January 5, 1996. We are now prepared to make final payment to <br />the contractor in the amount of $48,141.09.
