Smith, Clerk of the Court and Comptroller, was pleased to announce Indian River County was awarded the Triple Crown Award for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for Excellence in Financial Reporting, the Popular Annual Financial Reporting Award, and the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award. Attachments: Staff Report 2021 2022 Resolution Exhibit "A" NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Statute 129.06 County Administrator Jason Brown stated according to Florida Statute 129.06(2)(f) whenever changes to the County's Fiscal Year Budget reflect actual cash balance dollars being allocated, a public hearing must be advertised for the purpose of hearing comments from the public on the changes to the budget.
