ANALYSIS: <br />Staff has- reviewed the applicant's re <br />agencies have approved the extension request. The preliminary uestp and all iPD <br />plan substantially conforms to the current LDRs. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Based on the above analysis, staff recommends. that the Board of <br />County Commissioners grant the applicant's request for an 18 month. <br />extension. The new expiration date for the preliminary PD plan <br />will be April 26, 1997. The extension approval is subject to all <br />original conditions of approval and applicable concurrency <br />requirements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously granted an <br />18 -month extension for the preliminary PD plan, with <br />the new expiration date of April 26, 1997. <br />D. Vitunac, Coun y Attorney <br />DATE: February 7, 1996 <br />RE: Utility Services Department - impact Pees - Forms <br />for Provisions for Extended Payment over Time <br />The County allows customers of its utilities system to extend the <br />cost of their water and sewer impact fees over time with interest, <br />and the execution of associated forms is an on-going, time- <br />consuming process. The attached resolution authorizes the County <br />Administrator, or his designee, to sign these forms on behalf of <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />Requested Action: Request the Board adopt the resolution which <br />authorizes the County Administrator to sign on its behalf. <br />3 2 6 <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1996 <br />
