Assistant County Attorney Terry O'Brien advised that we
<br />received a FAX this morning from the architect, Pierce, Goodwin
<br />Alexander & Linville, offering to contribute $2500 to the
<br />settlement of $7500.. With this contribution we could wrap it up
<br />for $5,000 and we would get the mahogany in place of the white
<br />birch.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved
<br />a settlement in the amount of $7500, which includes
<br />the $2500 contribution from PGAL.
