Anderson AN4,-l <br />Acting Personnel Director <br />RE: Contract with Insurance Plan Consultant <br />DATE: February 22, 1996 <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />On February 6, 1996, the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />staff to negotiate with Siver Insurance Management Consultants to <br />provide professional services in reviewing and making <br />recommendations concerning the employee insurance program. <br />The attached agreement is substantially the same as the agreement <br />approved in 1993 when we last retained Siver.
