That property lying West of the Indian River; <br />South of the South City Limits of the City of <br />Vero Beach on the Mainland; East of the East <br />right-of-way line for State Road U.S. 1 and <br />North of an imaginary line whose Southwest's <br />corner is located at the intersection of the <br />East right-of-way line of Sixth Avenue with <br />the East right-of-way line of U.S. 1; thence <br />due East to the Indian River; said land lying <br />and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. The total allocation available to the designated area is <br />an amount up to 600,000 gallons per day. <br />3. Criteria to be met prior to the County Administrator being <br />authorized to issue the Sewage Allocation Permit to a requested <br />party: <br />A. The request must be for an existing structure, which <br />structure has already received a Certificate of occupancy, or, <br />in the alternative, the owner of the property must evidence <br />that the proposed project has received: <br />i. Site Plan approval; <br />ii. Completed construction drawings; <br />iii. All governmental approvals with the <br />exception of Building Permit. <br />B. The property must be served by one of the following <br />water systems, which shall be metered: <br />i. The County Water System; <br />ii. A Central Water System after appropriate <br />County Franchise has been issued. <br />iii. Where a County Franchise is not required, well <br />systems properly permitted by the Department <br />of Environmental Regulations and all other <br />necessary permitting authority. <br />- 2 - <br />
