d <br />C. The amount of allocation required must be certified <br />in writing by a certified engineer authorized to practice <br />,n the State of Florida. Allocations based on the above <br />criteria shall be issued by the County Administrator's <br />office upon appropriate Permit form. Said Permit shall <br />have a life for one (1) year and, in the event construction <br />by the requesting party has not begun within the one-year <br />period of time, said Permit shall lapse and the allocation <br />deemed null and void. Any change in the Site Plan upon <br />which the Sewage Allocation Permit is issued shall subject <br />the Sewage Allocation Permit to revocation by the County <br />Administrator's office in the event the effect of the Site <br />Plan change is to increase the density and use to be constructed <br />on the property subject to the Site Plan. <br />4. All connections to the County force main shall be at the <br />expense of the applicant and based upon plans and specifications <br />approved by Indian River County's Counsulting Engineers and the <br />County Administrator's office prior to issuance of the Sewage <br />Allocation Permit. The standard for specifications shall be <br />those presently in existence or subsequently amended that have <br />been approved by the City of Vero Beach. <br />The applicant shall have the responsibility of repairing <br />all road, easement and right-of-way damage. Applicant shall <br />maintain and service all collection systems, pumping stations, <br />force mains and appurtenances to the point of and including <br />connection to the County force main. <br />5. The Board of County Commissioners for Indian River County <br />shall promulgate reasonable sewer rates based on water useage <br />either through the County water system, franchised water system, <br />or well system referred above. <br />- 3 - <br />
