r � � <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, to expend up to $5,000 for <br />research and analysis required to make a definitive <br />decision whether to go forward with a lawsuit. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Macht wondered if it would be <br />wise to delay the effect of the motion to allow time to talk, to <br />County's legal staff. <br />Commissioner Eggert asked County Attorney Vitunac if the legal <br />staff had enough information, and County Attorney Vitunac advised <br />that he was not aware of the conspiracy and fraud theories <br />mentioned, but that he would be happy to listen. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Chairman Adams expressed her thanks to Messrs.
