RESOLUTION NO. 79-119 <br />WHEREAS, Florida Power & Light Company, hereinafter <br />referred to as "FPL", has requested a change in the route of <br />its proposed electrical. transmission line as previously <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County in Resolution No. 79-26, dated March 7, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, such change in route is necessary in order <br />that the point at which the transmission line exits Indian River <br />County will coincide with the point at which the transmission <br />line enters St. Lucie County; and <br />WHEREAS, after notice to all property owners in Indian <br />River County directly affected by the proposed change, public <br />hearings were held on,October 24 and December 19, 1979; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners has con- <br />sidered the testimony and other documentary evidence submitted <br />at said public hearings by FPL, the Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Council, property owners affected by the proposed <br />change, as well as Indian River County staff agencies; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners, having <br />considered all of the foregoing, and being fully advised and <br />informed in the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that said Board <br />makes the following find of fact: <br />1. The proposed change in route does not create <br />a reasonable likelihood of additional adverse <br />regional impact or any other regional impact <br />not previously reviewed by the Treasure Coast <br />Regional Planning Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board of County <br />Commissioners, as conclusions at law, that: <br />1. These proceedings have been duly conducted <br />pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 380, <br />Florida Statutes. <br />
