McCoy, AICP 01A_ <br />Senior Planner, Curre t Development <br />DATE: <br />March 5, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: Jack Welton's Request for Special Exception Use Planned <br />Development Plan Approval for a Residential Project to be <br />known as Sand Ridge Estates <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of March 12, 1996. <br />DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />Todd Smith, P.E. has submitted an application for special exception <br />use and preliminary planned development (PD) plan approval on <br />behalf of Jack Welton to construct a three lot residential project. <br />The 6.27 acre project site is located north of 67th Street in the <br />5100 block -(please see attachment #2) and includes an existing <br />residence and accessory structures. <br />OPD Process <br />The PD project review and approval process is as follows: <br />&Rroval Needed Reviewing Body <br />1. Conceptual Plan/Special Exception PZC & BCC <br />2. Preliminary PD Plan PZC <br />3. Land Development Permits or Waiver Staff <br />4. Final PD Plat BCC <br />The applicant is now requesting approval of the first step. If the <br />subject application is approved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners, the applicant will then need to obtain a land <br />development permit or a land development permit waiver from the <br />Public Works Department for the required PD infrastructure <br />improvements. <br />MARCH 12, 1996 33 BOOK 9 •PAGE 524 <br />
