At this public hearing the Board of County Commissioners will <br />make a final decision whether to amend the county's comprehensive <br />plan. The proposed amendments are included in a proposed ordi- <br />nance entitled: OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />4---UF7 <br />I L-2 <br />6C/1 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TEXT OF THE <br />TRAFFIC CIRCULATION ELEMENT AND THE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT OF THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND AMENDING <br />THE FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT BY CHAN- <br />GING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR <br />+/- 18.4 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTH- <br />EAST CORNER OF 58th AVENUE AND 26th <br />STREET, FROM L-2 TO M-1; AND PROVIDING <br />CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND EFFEC- <br />TIVE DATE. <br />Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing <br />regarding the approval of these proposed Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendments. <br />The plan amendment applications may be inspected by the public <br />at the Community Development Department located on the second <br />floor of the County Administration Building located at 1840 25th <br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 <br />p.m. on weekdays. <br />The proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public during <br />regular business hours at the office of the Clerk to the Board of <br />County Commissioners, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. <br />Anyone who. may wish to appeal any decision which may be made <br />at this meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the pro- <br />ceedings is made which includes the testimony and evidence upon <br />which the appeal will be based. <br />Anyone who needs a special accommodation for this meeting must <br />contact the county's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator <br />at 567-8000 extension 223 at least 48 hours in advance of meeting. <br />70 <br />Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />By: -s- Fran B.
