Upon the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation for <br />approval or applicant's letter of request for appeal of recom- <br />mendation from disapproval, the secone review period of forty- <br />five (45) days begins. <br />13. The Planning and Zoning Department shall provide summary of <br />information of review materials to the County Clerk and the <br />County Administrator. This information shall include.- <br />A) <br />nclude:A) Planning and Zoning Department recommendations for time of <br />Public Bearing before the Board of County Commissioners <br />B) Application and notarized authorization when a proposed <br />rezoning is initiated by other than the property owner <br />C) Deed showing ownership of property <br />D) Survey with correct legal description of property to be rezoned <br />E) List of all property owners if rezoning is not initiated by the <br />owner of the property <br />F) Staff report <br />G) Location maps <br />H) Notice or advertisement of Public Hearing <br />I) Proof of publication <br />J) Proposed Ordinance <br />14. Zoning Division shall revise posted zoning signs to reflect County <br />Commission Public Hearing date. <br />15. Publication of Notice of. Public Hearing before the Board of County <br />Commissioners as required by Ordinance and State Law. <br />16. Public Hearing before the Board of County Commissioners shall be <br />held. <br />17. Upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners, the Zoning <br />Atlas shall be amended. <br />18. The Zoning Division shall remove zoning signs. <br />
