depositories are authorized and directed to honor checks, warrants or <br />other orders for the payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />only when such check, warrant or other order for the payment of money <br />bears the facsimile signature of the Chairman and Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court and further bears the original signature of either the Chairman, <br />Vice -Chairman, or Clerk of the Circuit Court. Grover Fletcher <br />Vice -Chairman <br />�c t�^ <br />acsi.miie <br />OX <br />:1,,ual <br />% �-�� <br />Facsimile <br />A <br />.¢44JA. <br />Facsimi e <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br />hereby authorized to execute any and all signature cards and agreements <br />as requested by the respective banking institutions designated as <br />official depositories by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures is <br />as authorized by Florida Statutes Chap. 116.34 The "Uniform Facsimile <br />Signature of Public Officials Act". <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Wodtke who moved its adoption.
