the advisory board, provided the chairperson or vice -chairperson <br />is present. There shall be no voting or attendance by proxy. <br />Minutes shall be kept. <br />Formal recommendations to the Board of County <br />Commissioners shall be adopted by motion, second, and majority <br />vote of those members present at any duly constituted meeting, and <br />shall be presented in writing to the Board of County Commissioners <br />upon any regularly scheduled agenda. <br />VI. MODIFICATIONS; DISSOLUTION <br />Any word, sentence, or provision of this resolution may <br />be modified or repealed, or the entire library advisory board may <br />be dissolved, upon motion of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Lyons who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. - Aye <br />Vice -Chairman A.
