The permitting and site planning costs to procure all necessary <br />permits to construct the 2.0 MGD plan expansion were negotiated as <br />follows: <br />1. Task 100 - Additional costs to obtain the FDEP construction <br />permit including the Environmental Resource Permit and the <br />Army -Corps of Engineers Joint Application for Works in the <br />Waters of Florida Permit -(See --Attachment A) <br />$24,247.00 <br />2. Task 200 - Additional costs to obtain Indian River County <br />major site plan approval, including special exception permit, <br />Wetland Resource Permit, Type B Stormwater Permit, tree <br />removal and land clearing permit (See Attachment B) <br />$ 9,254.00 <br />Total cost for procurement of all permits is $33,501.00. These <br />costs shall adjust the total contract fee to be approved to <br />$522,501.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the adjustment fee for Task <br />100 and Task 200 for a total amount of $33,501.00, which will <br />adjust the total contract amount to $522,501.00. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously approved <br />Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Camp, Dresser <br />and McKee, Inc., adjusting the fee for Task 100 and <br />Task 200 for a total amount of $33,501, which will <br />increase the total contract amount to $522,501, as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />RELEASE OF LIEN FOR DEMOLITION & REMOVAL OF NUISANCE <br />STRUCTURE - SALE OF REAL PROPERTY: SANDERS TO BRYANT <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of April 3, 1996: <br />TO: The Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: WV William G.
