effect of vacating said plat, returning the properties described <br />therein to acreage, and vacating all easements and rights -o£ -way <br />shown thereon within the bounds of said plat, excepting from this <br />vacation, however, the rights-of-way dedicated for 12th Street and <br />14th Street. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSTONRRg nF INnIAN RIVER COU.:TY, FLORIDA, Lhat: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are acknowledged, affirmed, <br />and ratified in their entirety; and <br />2. The plat for Ravinia Gardens, filed in Plat Book 1 <br />Page 66 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, is <br />hereby vacated, annulled, and returned to acreage in its entirety, <br />excepting, however, the rights-of-way shown thereon for 12th and <br />14th Streets; and <br />3. The Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to <br />receive this resolution for recordation in the official Records of <br />Indian River County and to make proper notation in the margin of <br />the plat of Ravinia Gardens, giving reference to this action and <br />resolution. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C.
