4L <br />of the study of Indian River County by the resource planning and <br />management committee for Hutchinson Island and to limit such study <br />to an analysis of the transportation system as it relates to <br />disaster preparedness relief in Indian River County to determine <br />the adequacy of transportation systems to accommodate the need to <br />evacuate Hutchinson Island in the event of a natural or <br />radiological emergency. <br />2. Governor Graham is respectfully requested to forward <br />a letter to each representative of the resource planning and <br />management committee for Hutchinson Island clarifying the scope of <br />' <br />the study of Indian River County's transportation system as it <br />relates to disaster preparedness relief. <br />3. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the <br />Governor of the State of Florida, the Secretary of the State of <br />Florida, Department of Veteran and Community Affairs, the Treasure <br />Coast Regional Planning Council, the Legislative Delegation for <br />Indian River County, and the County Commissioners of Martin and <br />St. Lucie Counties. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Don C.
