facilitate its appropriate public use for outdoor recreation. <br />4. Indian River County will attempt to open the <br />facility to public use as soon after acquisition as is <br />practicable. <br />5. Iridian River County desires to enter into a <br />management and operation's agreement for the parks consistent with <br />the County's park and recreation program and philosophies and the <br />goals of the State of Florida. <br />6. Indian River County intends to manage, operate and <br />keep tha facilities open for public recreational purposes in <br />perpetuity. <br />The foregoing resolution waw offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Lyons and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Vice-chairman Don C.
